Practice Information: Floriande

Emergencies

Monday through Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

We use Sendi, a secure service that allows our assistant to safely share information with you via text message. Sendi is used to reach you quickly and reliably when necessary. With Sendi, you can, among other things:

  • receive practical information (e.g., about an appointment or how to prepare);
  • fill out a questionnaire required for your treatment;
  • receive a secure link to upload a photo, such as one of a skin lesion or wound.

You will only receive messages via Sendi when they are relevant to your care. All communications are secure and comply with all privacy guidelines in the healthcare sector.

An appointment with the family doctor lasts 15 minutes and is intended for a single issue. Do you have multiple issues? In that case, we’d be happy to schedule a double appointment. For minor, simple issues, we also offer a 5-minute consultation (e.g., to examine a spot on the skin or pain following a fall).

When you call, the receptionist will ask you a few questions to assess the urgency of your issue and determine how much time is needed for your appointment. Sometimes, advice over the phone is sufficient; this is always noted in your medical record and reviewed by your primary care physician.

You can make an appointment at mijngezondheid.net or by phone (see contact information). We do not schedule appointments at the front desk.

(All of the staff members listed below work under the supervision of the family physician)

Canceling appointments: Please let us know as soon as possible. If you do not show up without canceling, you will be charged the applicable consultation fee; see our rates.

The table below provides an overview of the most common consultations and their corresponding rates for 2026. These will be billed directly to your health insurance provider. For patients who are not registered with us or for whom we do not have insurance information, the walk-in rateapplies.

Transaction Rate Rates for day visitors
Consult < 5 min € 6,59 € 16,90
Consultation: 5–20 minutes € 13,18 € 33,80
Consultation ≥ 20 min € 26,36 € 67,60
Visite < 20 min € 19,77 € 50,70

The consultation fee applies to any form of contact with a healthcare provider, such as a phone call, an online consultation, or an in-person visit at the practice.

  • Registration fee: This is a fee that the general practitioner receives quarterly from the health insurer for each registered patient.
  • Deductible: The mandatory deductible applies to care covered by basic health insurance, such as blood tests, X-rays, ultrasounds, medication, and visits to specialists. In 2026, this amount will be €385 . Care provided by general practitioners and midwives is not subject to the deductible. You do not have to pay for these services. If you are unsure whether something is covered, please contact your health insurer.
  • Laboratories & medications: Laboratory rates can be found on their websites (e.g., Medial, Streeklab). Medications may be fully, partially, or not reimbursed; some insurers only reimburse specific brands. For the latest information, please visit mijnmedicijnvergoeding.nl or contact your insurer.
