Rates and fees
Physiotherapy is not reimbursed under the basic insurance for patients over the age of 18; you must have supplementary insurance to be eligible for reimbursement. The number of reimbursed treatments varies by health insurer and policy.
Your deductible is not used when you use physiotherapy covered by your supplementary insurance.
Physiotherapy GC Haarlemmermeer does not accept cash. It is possible to pay by debit card or via a QR code.
Treatments related to the following conditions are reimbursed (partially or up to a maximum number) by your health insurer under the basic insurance:
- COPD
- Intermittent Claudication
- Osteoarthritis
- Parkinson
- Rheumatism
- Axial spondyloarthritis (axSpA)
Please note that your deductible is applied (annually) if treatments are reimbursed under the basic insurance.
The physiotherapy assistant checks whether and how you are insured. It is possible that your health insurer may not reimburse the treatments after all. The physiotherapy at the health centers is not liable for this. We therefore advise you to carefully check your health insurance policy if you want to know for sure how many treatments are covered.
The physiotherapy services of the health centers have an agreement with (almost) all health insurers. If you have sufficient supplementary insurance, the treatments will be reimbursed. The invoice is sent directly to the health insurer.
- “Chronic” conditions
Sometimes, physiotherapy is reimbursed under the basic insurance from the 21st treatment onwards. This is the case for certain chronic diseases or after surgery. Your physiotherapist can inform you about this if necessary.
- Patients up to and including 17 years of age
Nine treatments are reimbursed under the basic insurance. With most insurance policies, another 9 treatments are reimbursed. Reimbursement for more than 18 treatments depends on your supplementary insurance.
- Physiotherapy rates 2026
Fysiotherapie Gezondheidscentra Haarlemmermeer will have concluded an agreement with all health insurers in 2026. If you have sufficient supplementary insurance, the treatment will be reimbursed and the bill will be sent directly to the health insurer.
For the first appointment, two sessions are billed to the health insurer: an intake and examination session and a (specialist) physiotherapy session
For treatments not covered by your insurance, you will receive an invoice in accordance with the rates below.
In the event of a missed appointment or if you cancel an appointment with a physiotherapist less than 24 hours in advance, we will charge a no-show fee. The answering machine is checked daily.

- Funding for non-specific lower back, neck, and shoulder complaints
