  • When you register as a patient, your practice asks for your email address and mobile number. You will then receive an SMS with a link to the MijnZorgApp. If you have an iPhone or an Android phone, you can download the MijnZorgApp and set up notifications for messages.
  • You can unsubscribe from messages yourself. Go to gch.mijnzorgapp.com and tap Unsubscribe appointment reminders.
  • Lost your password? Go to gch.mijnzorgapp.com, install the app, and request a password in the app.
