How do you recognize a genuine Infomedics bill?
- Mention of your healthcare provider
A genuine bill always clearly states which healthcare provider you visited. - Infomedics addresses you personally.
Your (surname) appears in the salutation of invoices that Infomedics sends by email. - Payment reference
A genuine Infomedics invoice has a 14-digit payment reference, always ending in 071. Verify this using the Infomedics invoice checker. - Payment environment
In a genuine Infomedics email, you will find a blue button that leads to
https://rekening.infomedics.nl . There you can pay securely using iDEAL.
Infomedics does not send direct iDEAL or Wero payment links via email. - No attachments.
For your safety, Infomedics never adds the full invoice, containing details of your healthcare costs, as an attachment.
What should you do if in doubt?

- Contact your bank immediately;
- Change your passwords;
