Review of external quality audit
On April 7, 8, and 10, an external auditor from Dekra once again conducted the annual quality audit in our organization.
This is to assess the quality. She spent three days speaking with and observing various employees of GC Floriande (pharmacy, physiotherapy, and general practitioner care), the Out-of-Hours GP Post, as well as management and staff.
The quality of the organization is completely in order; we are very proud of that!
The auditor observed that quality is a strong focus within the organization; there were compliments for, among other things, the structured way of working, learning from each other (including across disciplines), and the attention to information security.
