Psychologists OncoCare Center Hoofddorp

Since March 2023, Psychologiepraktijk KE Hijnen and Psychologiepraktijk Klein Heerenbrink have had a partnership with Stichting Gezondheidscentra Haarlemmermeer for mental health care.

Karin Hijnen and Pascale Klein Heerenbrink treat oncology patients for the OncoCare Center Hoofddorp. In addition, they practice in Nieuw Vennep and Alphen aan de Rijn.

 

Pascale Klein Heerenbrink is present at the GC Floriande location every Thursday and collaborates with the physiotherapists, general practitioners, dieticians, and pharmacy of Stichting Gezondheidscentra Haarlemmermeer to provide the best care to oncology patients in Hoofddorp.

 

She has been a healthcare psychologist for 7 years, specializing in oncology. She treats anxiety, mood, post-traumatic stress, obsessive-compulsive, and (chronic) pain complaints in adults, among others. She also works on self-image and increasing self-compassion.

 

In her treatments, she uses various techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and schema therapy.

 

Treatment in English is possible if desired.
