Consult

You visit our consultation hours at one of the health centers; if necessary, we come to your home.

A consultation consists of two parts:

  1. The direct time during which you are present as a client.
  2. The indirect time is the time the dietitian spends calculating and drawing up a personal treatment plan, informing the referrer, and registering your data. As a client, you are generally not present during this time.

An initial consultation lasts 75 minutes, of which 45 are direct and 30 indirect. A follow-up consultation lasts 30 to 45 minutes, of which 15-30 are direct and 15 indirect.

first home visit lasts 90 minutes, of which 60 are direct and 30 indirect. For follow-up home visits, this is 45 minutes, of which 30 are direct and 15 indirect.

Costs

If you consult a dietitian, you are entitled to 3 hours of reimbursement under the basic insurance. For the basic insurance, every adult has a mandatory deductible. If your healthcare costs exceed the amount of the statutory deductible, the insurance pays the dietitian in full.

Are you participating in an integrated care program for diabetes, lung diseases, or CVRM on referral from a doctor? If so, all costs are reimbursed and do not fall under the statutory deductible.

Do you need more than 3 hours of dietary treatment? And do you have supplementary insurance? Check whether your health insurer provides reimbursement for dietary advice under your supplementary health insurance.
