Messages from the health center via SMS
Recently, in addition to MijnGezondheid.net (MGN), the health centers have also started using the digital platform Sendi. This allows GPs, assistants, and practice support staff to send you messages or questionnaires digitally in a secure and easy way. You do not need to log in with your DigiD to do this. We also recently sent out invitations for a patient afternoon on Vital Aging in this way.
How does it work?
- You will receive an SMS with a personal link.
- Via this link you can:
- Reading a message, for example that a consultation is cancelled.
- Fill out a questionnaire and return it immediately, and include a photo if requested.
- Receive useful information or a digital brochure to prepare for your appointment.
- The healthcare provider can see if you have opened the message.
What you need to know:
- Via Sendi, you cannot send messages to us yourself, and you do not have access to your medical file
- Do you want to ask a question or provide information yourself? Or view your file? Then use MijnGezondheid.net. It remains available as usual.
- It is important that we have your correct mobile phone number. If you are not sure whether we have your correct number, please contact the assistant. Do you have a new number? Please provide this to us as soon as possible.
We understand that you may be cautious about opening messages, as phishing emails are also circulating. Here is what a message from us looks like:
