House Rules

At the three SGH health centers, our healthcare providers are happy to be of service to you! However, we are unfortunately noticing increasingly often that disagreements arise between patients and assistants, resulting in unpleasant communication. This occurs at the GP's reception desk, but also at the physiotherapy or pharmacy desks.

We would like to draw your attention to the house rules in the health centers once again.

House Rules

We treat each other with respect. This means:

  • No verbal or physical violence
  • No discrimination or (sexual) harassment
  • No theft or vandalism
  • No weapons or drugs
  • Do not film or photograph without permission
  •

Urgency always takes precedence

  • Patients with severe symptoms are helped more quickly than patients with less severe symptoms. The severity of the symptoms is determined by a healthcare professional.

Violation of these rules may result in you being denied access to the practice. In cases of theft, violence, and other unauthorized behavior, a report will be filed with the police.
