Help with quitting smoking

Everyone knows it: smoking is bad for your health. Yet about 25% of the Dutch population smokes. It is an addiction that many people suffer from.

Even if you have been advised by your GP to quit, it is difficult to resist the temptation. The battle against cigarettes is not an easy one.

You can receive guidance for this. This can be done through advice or a motivational conversation. However, that is not always sufficient. An intensive support program can then be started, possibly supported by nicotine replacement therapy or medication. Completely tailored to your needs, exactly as you want it, to overcome the cigarette.
You do not need a referral from your GP for this.
