You can request a repeat prescription for medicines that you use chronically on the advice of your GP or specialist. If you would like medicines for newly occurring symptoms or medicines that you use for a short period (e.g. antibiotics), please call the centre assistant.
If your medication has been prescribed by a medical specialist or a psychiatrist, requests for repeat prescriptions are also handled through the medical specialist or psychiatrist. Once the treatment has been fully transferred to the General Practitioner, the General Practitioner takes over prescribing repeat medication.

Medicines that you requested on a working day before 10:00 AM will be ready at the pharmacy the following working day after 11:00 AM.

Prescriptions at the request of another healthcare provider or practitioner
Sometimes patients ask us for a prescription on the advice of another healthcare provider or practitioner, such as a beautician, skin therapist, or cosmetic doctor.
As general practitioners, we do not medication or numbing creams (such as EMLA®, Flammazine®, Tretinoin, Hydroquinone, or Valaciclovir) in preparation for cosmetic or non-medical treatments performed by third parties.
These substances fall outside regular medical care and can pose risks to both the patient and the prescribing physician.
A prescription may only be issued if there is a medically necessary indication , established by the treating physician themselves.
Furthermore, the pharmacy has its own responsibility to assess whether a prescription has been issued correctly.
We understand that some practitioners ask patients for these products prior to treatment, but we cannot comply with.
These creams are often available without a prescription through regular retail channels. For example, EMLA® patches without a prescription.
We take our responsibility in this matter seriously and want to protect patients against unsafe or unindicated care.
