Practical information Floriande

Emergencies

Monday to Friday: 8:00 – 17:00

We use Sendi, a secure service that allows our assistant to safely share information with you via SMS. Sendi is used to reach you quickly and reliably when necessary. Through Sendi, you can, among other things:

  • receive practical information (e.g. about an appointment or preparation);
  • complete a questionnaire required for your treatment;
  • receive a secure link to upload a photo, for example of a skin condition or wound.

You will only receive messages via Sendi when relevant to your care. The communication is secure and complies with all privacy guidelines within healthcare.

An appointment with the GP lasts 15 minutes and is intended for one complaint. Do you have multiple complaints? Then we would be happy to schedule a double appointment. For minor, simple complaints, there is also a 5-minute consultation (e.g., assessment of a skin spot or pain after a fall).

When you call, the center assistant will ask a number of questions to assess the urgency of your complaint and how much time is needed for your appointment. Sometimes advice over the phone is sufficient; this is always noted in your file and reviewed by the GP.

You can make an appointment via mijngezondheid.net or by telephone (see availability). We do not make appointments at the reception desk.

(All employees listed below work under the responsibility of the general practitioner)

Cancelling appointments: please let us know as soon as possible. In the event of a no-show without cancellation, you must pay the corresponding consultation fee; see rates.

In the table below, you will find an overview of the most common consultations and corresponding rates for 2026. These are billed directly to your health insurer. For patients who are not registered with us or for whom we do not have insurance details, the walk-in rate.

Operation Rate Visitor rate
Consultation < 5 min € 6,59 € 16,90
Consultation 5–20 min € 13,18 € 33,80
Consultation ≥ 20 min € 26,36 € 67,60
Visit < 20 min € 19,77 € 50,70
Visit ≥ 20 min € 32,95 € 84,50

The consultation fee applies to any form of contact with a healthcare provider, such as telephone contact, an e-consultation, or an in-person consultation at the practice.

  • Registration fee: this is a fee that the general practitioner receives quarterly from the health insurer for each registered patient.
  • Deductible: The mandatory deductible applies to care covered by the basic insurance, such as blood tests, X-rays, ultrasounds, medication, and specialist visits. In 2026, this is €385. GP and midwifery care are not subject to the deductible. You do not have to pay for this. Are you unsure whether something is covered? Please contact your health insurer.
  • Laboratories & medicines: you can find laboratory rates on their websites (e.g., Medial, Streeklab). Medicines may be fully, partially, or not reimbursed; some insurers only reimburse specific brands. For the latest information, you can check mijnmedicijnvergoeding.nl or contact your insurer.
