Quality

Stichting Gezondheidscentra Haarlemmermeer is a transparent organization that is regularly assessed for quality by an external organization. The organization meets the requirements set for a healthcare institution.

NEN EN 15224

Stichting Gezondheidscentra Haarlemmermeer holds the ISO Healthcare and Welfare certificate (NEN-EN 15224) for the entire organization, including the following disciplines:

  • general practitioner care;
  • pharmacies;
  • physiotherapy.

Clients' opinion

The health centers consider the opinions of clients to be very important. Research into this is conducted regularly.

 

In 2025, a survey was conducted among general practitioners (in which clients could complete a questionnaire). Such a survey is conducted every three years. 

 

The pharmacies conduct such a survey annually. 

 

The physiotherapy continuously asks about the clients' experience.

Merel van Nimwegen

  • Merel van Nimwegen is a pediatric physiotherapist. She specializes in treating children with headaches, sensory processing issues, and psychosomatic complaints. Since 2025, Merel has been working on Fridays at the Paramedical Treatment Center for Headaches to treat children under the age of 14 with headaches.
