Client Council
The Client Council represents the common interests of the clients of the Drie Meren, Floriande, and Overbos health centers and the GP Emergency Post.
The clients' council identifies bottlenecks and proposes solutions from the clients' perspective. In this way, the clients' council contributes to improving the quality of care provision. The clients' council may provide the director of the SGH with solicited and unsolicited advice on matters that directly concern the clients.
How does the clients' council work?
The Client Council meets with the Director and the Quality Officer of the SGH four times a year. During these meetings, matters that are going well and areas for improvement are discussed. The annual quality report and the annual plan are also discussed. Furthermore, the Client Council meets once a year with a representative of the Supervisory Board. The Client Council is involved in the appointment of members of the Supervisory Board.
